PHASE I
- CREATIVE DESIGN
BAA is
briefed by the client, architect, interior designer, and other
consultants on design concepts and proposed space utilization for the
project.
Upon
BAA's receipt of architectural, interior design and design drawings
including elevations, floor plans, furniture details and renderings,
in house review by our designers.
Design
consultations between all parties and BAA to review creative design
concepts for the project.
Drafting
of conceptual layout drawings by BAA showing locations of all
technical lighting, decorative lighting, equipment, and control
locations.
Preparation
of proposed circuit schedules indicating loads, lamp types, voltages
and control equipment required.
Creation
of preliminary master lighting and equipment schedule including specifications
of all luminaire and equipment types proposed for the project.
Review
and approval of proposed designs by client or their representatives,
architect, interior designer and relevant consultants.
PHASE II
- COMPLETE DOCUMENTATION
Production
of reflected ceiling and floor plans indicating type and location of
each luminaire and equipment including circuiting details.
Production
of detailed drawings and specifications for specially designed
fixtures and details of architectural or interior modifications
required for correct installation of luminaires, special lighting
positions, and equipment.
Production
of written specifications including:
